Each year, the University of Washington welcomes over 8,000 new undergraduates to the campus and the U-District. Dawg Daze is the UW’s comprehensive effort to build community among new students, assist them in their transition, and introduce them to their new neighborhood. The program is massive, with more than 350 events over ten days and participation by more than 60 campus departments. The scale of events ranges from 5,000-person concerts and rallies to small, personalized walking tours of campus. We invite you to join this longstanding UW tradition and one of the country's most extensive college student welcome programs!
Sponsorship at Dawg Daze will help your company or group become an advocate for all that the UW has to offer. As the state’s flagship university, the UW provides world-class academics, renowned art, music and drama, and elite athletics. The UW serves more students than any other institution in the Northwest. In addition to the entering class, your marketing can make a lasting impression on the broader UW community of 36,000 undergraduate students, 13,000 graduate students, and more than 10,000 faculty and staff.

In the event of an organization or business is no longer available to attend, an organization or business on the waitlist will be notified.Sponsorship opportunities are evaluated based on existing services on campus in collaboration with our campus partners. For example, all health-related entities will be directed to Husky Health Center as an effort to align with the centralized wellness efforts on campus and all academic support entities will be directed to work with Academic Support Programs. Sponsorship opportunities will also be evaluated based on existing campus-wide sponsorships.
