- If students/guests ask about dates, direct them to the Orientation website with the population dates.
- Error Documents
- If a student calls into the office, use /aoerrors (back end) to manually fill out the required fields. Students will see the /aorequests form when making a reservation in VZ.

Sticky Notes
- Instructions on how to use sticky notes
- Log in to fyp.washington.edu/admin
- Click on "Reservations"
- Search for the student and go into their account.
- Scroll to the right and you will click on the "sticky notes" option.
- At the left corner, there is a "new" button.
- Complete the information based on the instructions below.
- When to use Sticky Notes
- A student messages about missing part of their Advising & Orientation session. (Plans to arrive late or leave early).
- A student messages within 10 days that they are unable to make their original A&O session.
- A student messages that they plan to withdraw from the university.
