A café and restrooms are located in the Suzzallo Library on the Southeast side of Red Square.
Parking validation
Sponsors receive validation to park vehicles in the Central Plaza Parking Garage located at the intersection of 15th Ave NE and NE 41st Street. When you arrive at the gatehouse, please provide the code below.

Please note that the Central Plaza Gatehouse is open from 6:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
If you need to park in an uncovered open lot or if your vehicle is over 6'10'', please go to the north gatehouse, give the parking attendant the code, and request to park in N-1
Vendors are limited to 4 parking validations. If you require more parking, please plan to pay on your own. Parking costs are listed here.
Wi-Fi, electricity, and equipment
Electricity: Vendor Booths do not have access to power. If you have special concerns about power, please contact FYP (206-543-4905)
WiFi: You have temporary access to the UW Wireless network while on campus. Please note that the wireless coverage on Red Square can vary based on location. Wifi information will be updated on this website Summer 2025.
Equipment (chairs, tables): A vendor space has a 6’ x 30” table and two chairs unless otherwise requested. Additional equipment can be provided based on availability.
Driving, drop-off, and pick-up instructions (Vendor Fair)
Enforced load-in and load-out restrictions: load-in from 7:30–9:15 a.m. and load-out after 2:30 p.m.
Dropping materials instructions
- Call FYP (206-543-4905) to let us know you’ve arrived.
- Please drive to Memorial Drive, proceed on Spokane Lane (the access road behind Kane Hall), and take your first right onto Red Square.
- Vehicles MUST be removed from Red Square by 9:15 a.m.
Pick-up instructions
- Vehicles are allowed back on Red Square for pick up AFTER 2:30 p.m..
- If you are staying for both days, please be sure to group your materials in the middle of the tent (or take them with you) at the end of the day. We will have overnight security to watch the equipment, but it's one person and a large footprint.
