Registration Foundations

  • Hosted in the Adviser's Schedule Meeting Room. If session is larger than 300 people, it must be in an FYP room with the extra add on for up to 1000 people
  • Option for FYP to hire students to help host these spaces. Preference would be for depts to hire and train their own staff for these sessions- FYP can help pay
  • We can add links to the Agendas but will be viewed by ALL students
  • Record this session for all populations

First Year Registration Foundations Questions

1. Do you want your students to go to the Q&A AIS sessions with CAS advisers for Arts, Humanities, and Social Science or Math & Science topics?

No → for "Option" select Solo

4. Do you need support in your Zoom room for this session?
Yes
→ do you have students that you can hire and train that FYP can pay for? Or do you need FYP to hire students for your session (it is very unlikely the FYP student will be in your department's major)

Final Make-up Session

Make-up Registration Foundations Questions

1. How many FR US and FR INTL students do you have in the final FDCP make up session?
Determine your adviser capacity to see the number of students in the session.

2. Due to the smaller number of students in the session, determine if you want to do a solo or combo session for FR US and FR INTL. Note if this is a change from your previous sessions.

3. If you had support in your Zoom room for the other sessions, I'd plan to do the same structure for the make up session as well. *Note- that the sessions are smaller so will likely end early.
