Congratulations to Sarah O'Rourke for being awarded the 2023 NASPA Region V Outstanding New Professional Award!

Sarah does a fantastic job of keeping the entire First Year Programs team on task as the Operations and Student Transition Support Program Manager. Sarah was recognized for her leadership, innovation, and creativity when developing our student staff onboarding and training process. This award is the culmination of Sarah's outstanding efforts supporting the field of higher education, and we look forward to seeing Sarah's continued growth and success.
